DealerTech Solutions, LLC ("DealerTech," "we," "us") makes DealerBrainAI™ — an AI-powered operating system for equipment dealerships — and operates this website, dealertech.solutions (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to our marketing activities. Use of the DealerBrainAI platform by dealership customers is additionally governed by the agreements we sign with those customers.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for updates, we collect what you submit — typically your name, work email, organization, job title, and areas of interest.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
- Advertising data. We use advertising and analytics tags (such as the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, the LinkedIn Insight Tag) that collect standard event data about your visit so we can measure our advertising and reach relevant audiences.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule product demos
- To send information about DealerBrainAI you've asked for, and occasional product updates (you can opt out of marketing email at any time)
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To measure and improve our advertising, including building custom and lookalike audiences on ad platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- To comply with law and enforce our terms
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business — e.g. website hosting, form processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer-relationship tools — under obligations to protect it
- Advertising platforms (such as Meta and LinkedIn) in connection with the measurement and audience features described above
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
Dealership platform data. The DealerBrainAI platform processes dealership business data (inventory, service, sales, and customer records) on behalf of our dealership customers. That data is controlled by the dealership, used only to provide the platform, protected with role-based access controls, and never sold or used to advertise to dealership customers' end consumers. Questions about a dealership's records should be directed to that dealership.
Cookies & your ad choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To limit interest-based advertising, you can also use the self-service tools offered by the platforms — for example Meta's ad preferences and LinkedIn's advertising settings — or industry opt-outs such as aboutads.info.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@dealertech.solutions — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and never discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised policy here.
